Pros and Cons

Pros

• High combo potential.
• Very high damage.
• All moves are multi-target.
• All moves can damage enemies in Sea Events (although it is not recommended to hunt Sea Events with the Cursed Dual Katana because of the bad hitbox).
• Great for almost any build.
• Great for PvP and grinding because of the high damage, decently fast cooldowns, fast [M1] attack speed, AoE, and no forward dash on [M1] attacks.
• Does not cost money to obtain.

Cons

• Cannot hit Blade users.
• Hard to obtain, as the player needs both Tushita and Yama, both swords with 350 mastery in order to start the Cursed Dual Katana puzzle, which is quite time consuming on its own.
• High mastery requirements.
• All moves are Instinct-trickable.
