Pros and Cons

Pros

• Good for grinding (No M1 dash).
• M1 attacks are really fast, making it a good choice for grinding with Buddha.
• Low cooldown.
• Good mobility.
• Very little casting time (No start-up).
• Good for running away from bounty hunters.
• Can be used as a Cursed Dual Katana alternative due to the similar moveset.
• Both attacks can damage Sea Beasts.

Cons

• Cannot hit Blade users.
• Hard to obtain, due to the drop chances being low and Hallow Essence has a low chance to obtain, as it is considered as a legendary item from random surprises.
• High mastery requirements.
• Lowest M1 damage compared to other Mythical swords, so it is recommended to use another Mythical sword if the player uses Buddha unless they do not have any.
• Not that good for PvP and combos.
